Update?

Me- I'm not up to much. I scrapbook (paper and digitally), am getting better at editing pictures and making digital scrapbooking kits... I'm raising Julia. I'm not doing much more than being a wife and mother at the moment, but I'm ok with that. I'm happier than I have been in a long time. Even if we don't have internet. (Thank God for husbands who will watch their 1 1/2 year old daughter while their wife goes to the library for some *alone-ish* time.

Rob- He works at Hertz in Memphis. Comes home... and plays Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Yeah, he's about like me. We're boring!

Julia- She's awesome! So funny and sweet! She talks a LOT. Says things like Emmo (Elmo), CAT (She always yells it), Talk, and Cheese. She climbs a lot, and runs around pretending everything is a phone. If you ask her to "get baby", she will get this ratty doll that she has decided is "baby". She will feed "baby" from her cup, give "baby" her paci, and cover "baby" with her blanket. She's a smart and funny child.

I don't know. I just found it funny that he/she is reading out loud to themselves.


And I really don't like this library.:( They don't have a decent selection of knitting books, and the people here are so damn loud! Yes, even the... he/she reading to him/herself.

I'm a little late in announcing the birth of my baby! She was born screaming, and gives us plenty of attitude.:D She's a doll.

GIRL!!! Ok, so my post is a few days late, and far less amusing than my husbands, but I hate typing on the wii.

I'm reeeeally happy we're having a girl,though. And I don't feel so bad for calling her Julia already. (Woulda been odd if our babe turned out to be a boy,haha.)

My ankle is better today. I just needed to rest it some, I guess. I still can't really walk, but I shuffle along... I'm trying to stay off it. I'm on the computer, but my foot is propped on/in one of the drawers of the computer desk. Ha. Well... anyways. I'm supposed to have that last ultrasound on Thursday. I'm eager to see my baby again! OMG! The nice lady at the ob office also gave me two copies of my Medicaid letter, since I lost it. Yay.:) They're now safe, in our glove box. So I don't have to worry about losing them again. (I swear, we need a safe. To keep all the important stuff in.) But yeah... no more pain if something brushes my ankle/left side of foot, and I swear, I woke up and scratched that foot! And it did'nt hurt! Whee! Getting around's a bitch, but that HAS to be a good sign.:)

Well, I had an ok day, but I hurt my left ankle. Badly enough that I can't put ANY weight on it without sobbing. And it's swollen. I can still wiggle my toes, so my husband and I decided that maybe we'll go in tomorrow if it's not any better. Well... I don't think it will be. I guess tomorrow's today, it's 12:46. I've been in the bed since about 3 this afternoon. I could'nt even go to work, because obviously... I can't walk! How am I going to go to that ob appointment tomorrow? I had to *crawl* to get to this room, and getting up was NOT PRETTY. But I have my foot propped, and I figure that if I'm hurting, I might as well be doing something. It's too hot to sleep.

So... anyways. I was wondering if Medicaid will cover something like this? I don't know if they will. I'm just... hurting. So badly. I have to do something. I need something. Heck, right now sleep would be nice. I haven't slept in the past two days. I think I've had about 7 hours between the two. Yeah.

Actually, if I could get to the livingroom, I might be able to sit up and prop my feet... maybe sleep. But then I could'nt get to the bathroom easily. Trust me, I HAVE to be able to go to the bathroom.

Ya know... I'm definately going to be happy when I can walk again. I got some bad rug burn on my knees. How do babies do it? Seriously! Carpet hurts knees? *sigh*

Remember how I said my baby loves Rob Zombie? Well... he/she also loves AC/DC. Yes. My baby is awesome.:):D

I never believed it possible... it happened not one time, not two times, but THREE times! (All different nights, I don't think I would've survived otherwise.)

I don't believe I've ever heard of anything like that happening without someone exploding or something. I just took a sip of coke, and well... it happened.

I took the Gestational Diabetes test today. I not so affectionately refer to it as the GD test, though.

The drink was not that bad. Just tasted like flat soda. But it made me feel sick.. well.. it actually did make me sick. But the kicker? It made me want to crash, then it made me jittery, then it made me actually fall asleep while waiting for the OB... and now I feel extremely tired.

But! I have gained 4 lbs... and around 33 weeks, he's going to schedule another ultrasound for me! They didn't get all the measurements they needed, and they want to do another. But the tech. did'nt seem all that worried about it... I think she's just being nice to us. *lol* Maybe the baby will cooperate this time? *lol*

Ok. I'm going to bed now. I need sweet, glorious sleep!

Also: I don't know if anyone would know what this is, but I thought I'd give it a shot..

I have rough, red skin on the tops of my hands. Nowhere else. Not even on my fingers a little bit. It itches. I tried to put lotion on it, and it felt a bit like acid. Not that I know what that feels like, but it did burn alot. I forgot to ask the ob... I did'nt even know if he would know, but I thought it would'nt hurt to ask...

It started last night. I haven't ruled out the soap in the bathrooms at Walmart, BUT, it only started last night. And I've been using that soap since 2 weeks ago. So! Any ideas on what I could do about this? Maybe benadryl cream or something?? I do think it's an allergic reaction, I just don't know... what I'm reacting to. I haven't done anything/touched anything out of the ordinary lately... *shrug*

Ok... if your pets eat this food, please throw it away and buy some more. There is a huge pet food recall. For more, read this link. *edit* The recall is only on wet cat/dog food. Not dry.

likes Rob Zombie. *lol* I'm sitting here listening to a White Zombie song on Messenger,and the baby is constantly kicking. It started when the song started, and it's not stopping.:D This is great! (And funny!)

For a little over an hour now, I've felt movement. But it's not the normal kick/punch... kick/punch... a few times. This time it's more... rhythmic? Maybe the baby is hiccuping or something? It's also not as strong as the kicks normally are.

Also. I've been feeling the baby kick much higher than it did at first. At first, I felt them in the very bottom of my tummy, and now I feel them closer to my belly button. The baby has moved or something? Maybe? I don't know. I love feeling movement, though. I've been feeling it all day! This is the first time I've felt a LOT of movement, and it's really awesome.<3

Well... this week has been alright.:) I'm feeling the baby kick a LOT more now. As I type this, baby is kicking almost non stop. :D I love it, except for when I'm trying to sleep. Because I still can't go to bed until I'm drop-dead tired, and if I wake up for anything other than the bathroom... then I'm up. I've been up since 10 this morning, and I'm already tired, but I don't think I'll be able to sleep. It sucks.

I think I'm looking more pregnant. Even more than the last time I wrote, lol! I'm having to wear my pj bottoms UNDER my belly, because it's getting too big for them. Everywhere else they still fit, though. And (almost) all of my shirts still fit. So I know I'm not getting big... just my belly.:D

Oh! And Rob got us some Burger King today. It was good. It felt good to be just absolutely STUFFED after a meal.:) I also had a Dr. Pepper. It was sooooo good. (I don't let myself have too much caffiene. Just every once in a while.)

Also... we've had plumming issues. Or.. our whole building has. We thought it was fixed the night it started. Then... I awoke to a gurgling, bubbling toilet. I guess I was stupid enough to think that maybe I could still use the bathroom, and it overflowed! Sewage also backed up into our bathtubs BOTH times. I need to clean my tub tonight. I need a bath. I think that's why I can't sleep so well.

OH, and I have the Seasons expantion pack! It's great! Makes my game lag sometimes, but not much. I love it! The whole thing looks better and is MUCH more fun to play!:)
